Facilidad de acceso en coche

El aire acondicionado funcionaba mal y era muy ruidoso (nos dijeron que "es que es antiguo.."???). En el carrito de agua de bienvenida, junto a la recepción, había una jarra de agua vacía, que a la mañana siguiente habían quitado, en lugar de rellenarla. ¡Vimos lo mismo el año pasado! Da sensación de dejadez
