The staff, room quality, and cleanliness were all excellent — no complaints on those fronts.

However, the air conditioning was a significant issue. With outdoor temperatures exceeding 30°C, our room was uncomfortably hot. Despite adjusting the thermostat, the temperature simply would not come down. When we reported this to the staff, their response was disappointing — they pointed to the air vent, confirmed air was coming out, and declared the system "working," without offering any further investigation or an alternative room. Their only explanation was that, since our room was at the end of the corridor, the airflow wasn't strong enough to cool it effectively. While this may be a genuine technical limitation, it is something guests should either be informed of at check-in or proactively managed by the hotel. A simple room change offer would have gone a long way. Overall, a pleasant stay undermined by an unresolved comfort issue and a lack of proactive problem-solving from the team. Also no extra pillow available.
