"Good option to stay in Ponferrada"

Good enough option. Good location. Free parking is close by. It’s a thematic hotel, so can be fun for kids or anyone who’s looking for something more interesting.

The rooms are a bit stuffy and dark. The chairs and table in the breakfast room were very tiny, which actually made it difficult to sit - our legs didn’t fit under the table.

La estética medieval de la recepción y de los pasillos Limpieza de la habitación Camas cómodas Trato correcto del personal

La habitación, con alguna reforma, tiene detalles malos (puerta y ventana del baño no encajan)y si estás en la habitación que da al patio interior (vistas deprimentes), el ruido de los aparatos de aire acondicionado difícilmente te deja dormir. La vajilla del buffet del desayuno (platos, tazas, cubiertos....) en su mayoría bastante sucios Alguna "pieza" de repostería bastante pasada de tiempo (duras) Me pareció corto de personal Necesita otra reformita
