I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here. The customer service is top-notch, especially the front desk team, who are incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast service also deserves a special mention. The kitchen staff is wonderful, always serving with a great attitude and making sure everything is fresh and clean. Stayed at the Miramar location for a little over 2 weeks. Everything was good and Brent was very helpful in renewing my room for a few days as work was extended.

The staff was very nice

My bathroom toilet flooded. They didn't come clean up until I called twice. I found a used condom in my towels, and on the floor. Totally disgusting. I saw mice dripping outside on the chairs near the pool, and the pool wasn't clean.
