"GREAT SERVICE AT THIS MIRAMAR HITON"

When I arrived here at this Hilton, I hit a few snags with regards to some hotel issues and some staff. I must say however, several people totally came to my rescue. The first person is Brent. This management material quickly resolved the problem and was super helpful and polite about it. Brent is a professional people person who looks for positive solutions than alienating clients. Then there is Fatima. Every day she made me the most delicious Breakfast. Fatima is super polite and upbeat and has an amazing positive attitude. Fatima always greeted us with kind smile. Fatima’s cook Alvaro made me return daily because Alvaro did a nice job preparing my breakfast each day and the food was fresh and consistent. Lastly Akeem the night chef made some really good dishes that were off menu meals. He didn’t over charge us, he simply accommodated like a true creative gentleman. I’ll be staying here again, thanks!
