I had a very good experience at this hotel. The staff were amazing and friendly ; a special thanks to Maria, who was so kind and always ready to help.

The only small downside is the location, as you generally need to take a taxi to get to Lucca downtown. Other than that, everything was great, and I would happily stay here again.

Frühstück für jeden etwas dabei! Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend!

Zu wenig Steckdosen in der Nähe des Bettes! Die Tür hatte einen großen Spalt, somit konnte man die anderen Gäste hören! Ist aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau!

"Hotel "Executive" di nome e di fatto. Ottimo per un soggiorno di lavoro, meno per turismo."

Struttura relativamente nuova e accogliente. Staff cordiale, parcheggio scoperto ma apparentemente sicuro (motocicletta).

La posizione è periferica, e per andare in centro città o si cammina una mezz'ora o si va in taxi, a Lucca non così abbondanti. Comunque, tutto sommato, è una sistemazione confortevole e comoda.
