O quarto é muito espaçoso e a cama é extremamente confortável, garantindo um bom descanso para uma estadia de passagem. Casa de banho excelente, de grande qualidade e muito bem equipada com uma grande variedade de toiletries. Estacionamento muito prático. O hotel utiliza um parque público logo abaixo com acesso direto por elevador, e o preço fica mais económico se validado pelo hotel. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos durante toda a nossa interação.

Sendo um Marriott, esperava um padrão de serviço mais elevado. Notava-se falta de staff, o que causava tempos de espera longos na receção, pois os funcionários tinham de gerir o balcão e o telefone em simultâneo. Insonorização bastante fraca entre quartos; conseguia ouvir-se praticamente tudo o que se passava ao lado. O ponto mais negativo foi a limpeza. As lixeiras não tinham sacos de lixo e, pior ainda, encontrámos uma gilete usada dos hóspedes anteriores na lixeira do WC, o que é inaceitável.
