Frühstück sehr gut Zimmer sehr sauber Garage vorhanden

Beim Frühstück war das Personal ein wenig überfordert. Meine Frau hat die Dame vom Frühstücksbuffet aufmerksam gemacht, das der Kaffeeautomat in der Lobby nicht funktioniert und daher beim Automat im Frühstücksbereich eine riesen Schlange davor war. Antwort der Dame: MELDEN SIE ES AN DER REZEPTION. Ich denke es ist nicht MEINE Aufgabe zur Rezeption zu laufen und das bekannt zu geben! Am nächsten Tag wies meine Frau den Koch darauf hin das beim Pancake-Automaten das Wort CHANGE leuchtet und daher nicht funktioniert. Seine Antwort darauf: HABE ICH GERADE GEWECHSELT. Auf den Hinweis einer anderen Dame, das die Maschine aber nicht funktioniert, ging der Koch einfach weg. Bisschen an der Freundlichkeit arbeiten wäre angebracht bei einem 4* Hotel, denn das gibt mitunter den Ausschlag ob ich nocheinmal buche oder ein anderes Hotel nehme. Anderes Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit!
