Hôtel Saint-Sulpice

The staff was exceptional! Everyone was attentive, kind, and helpful. They elevated the experience from the get go. We were upgraded to a fabulous suite with rooftop lounge (!) Special shoutout to Eve-Marie and (I believe) Paolo. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was large and well equipped, and the kitchenette was a lovely bonus. The room was quiet, and the temperature controls were efficient and easy to work. We've stayed in close to half a dozen hotels in the area over the years, and this is, hands down, our favorite. Highly recommend!

One small note: it didn't seem like closed captions were available on the in-room television; a pretty standard offering these days.

The location was excellent…it was easy to walk to the waterfront and lots of eating places.

L'emplacement le confort de la suite mise à part le bruit

Je regrette le choix de cet hôtel. J'ai apprécié le confort de la suite. Mais j'avais choisi cet suite pour sa terrasse en plein ciel et la vue sur Montréal.  Malheureusement je n'ai pas pu en profiter, en raison du bruit insupportable probablement lié à la machinerie située sur le toit de l'immeuble. Nous avons dû nous réfugier à l'intérieur. Ce défaut me semble majeur compte tenu de la promesse de cette suite présenté en photo. J'espère que mon expérience permettra d'améliorer celle des futurs occupants.

Fantastic location, ideal for exploring old Montreal. A small kitchenette was provided in the room which was really useful for any self catering needs.

Only comment would be that we had a room on the front of the hotel on fifth floor which was quite noisy with traffic noise (with deliveries etc) early in the morning. Clearly traffic noise is to be expected in a city but not sure whether a room at the back of the hotel might have been quieter.
