Best Western Fort Wayne I-69 North

Shared a parking lot with a strip mall didn't think much of that

Shampoo and conditioner bottles were so small even with my glasses I couldn't tell the difference. 131 bucks was way to much for this room I stayed in a Wyndham 2weeks ago for 85 with tax and was a way nicer room and private hotel parking probably won't stay again at this hotel

The room. The location. And friendly staff

Coffee, juice machine worked 1 day, was off 2 days.

The refrigerator in 310 was so noisy, we unplugged it.

The rooms were very clean and good condition.

Front desk guy was patient with others but very slow and we waited while he was on the phone with a customer for 15 mins so we sat right by the desk and when he was done he helped two others that came up right as he hung up. I had to call it out before he said he was sorry. I'm glad he was patient with the person on the phone but afterwards state others have been waiting for some time and help them first.

People who didn’t pick up their dog poop when walking their dogs.

Pet friendly and all necessary convenience

Room was great, bed was comfortable, service was freindly and helpful.

Parking lot was a low area that flooded with overnight rain. My car was flooded. The hotel took no liability responsibility for customer's vehicle in their parking lot.
