This gentleman named Armando who we have never dealt with before was rude my guys have a job around their and they have been staying for 5 months in a row renting more than 10 rooms weekly and this Armando guy is giving them such a hard time wanting extra info not needed.

Hair dryer element was going out so didn’t work like it should; the rooms are tight and getting in and out of the bathroom was a squeeze

The check in staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable and our room seemed to be recently renovated. I liked that the floor was laminate instead of carpet as it made it feel much cleaner. The tv was very big.

The overall building was dated and falling apart. They checked us into a room and when we got there it had not been cleaned yet, but that worked to our advantage because the second room they set us up in was much nicer. There were several things around the property needed repairs and updated. The side door stopped working, the elevator was out of order at one point and the pool door handle was broken. The breakfast was less than impressive and the coffee was terrible.

From what we saw of the staff they were very helpful and friendly. (We were either in the room or our and about.) The location wasnt far away from our destination and there were a lot of food and drink options close by. The room was clean and put together.

I only had 2 complaints about our hotel room. 1 the main TV remotes buttons didnt work very well and 2 the shower was kind of scary because it didnt have very many grips and I was afraid I was going to fall.
