Wasn't able to access.

Didn't have the room I paid for. Couldn't accommodate our whole family traveling with kids. A staff member was vacuuming for 50 minutes between 2 and 3am.

Easily accessible

Loud guests above us, I told the front desk multiple times about it and they didn't do anything. We had to leave and go stay somewhere else at 1:30am because we couldn't sleep.
