Would stay again, very efficient and great service, good breakfast!

Although this property is a bit run down, it was clean with comfortable beds and plush towels.

We rented two rooms.My daughter was the first one to check in.I asked for a room close to her.She was on the first floor.He didn’t even acknowledge me and gave us a room on the third floor whatever it was late and I didn’t want to argue.we get to the room and go to use the sink. The handle literally falls off while turning it on.Second you go to take a shower and the Curtain rod is broke on one end and the shower curtain will not stay closed third the lock on the door to the pool was broken all you had to do is push the door and walk in.Huge safety concern/violation.we stayed two nights.We asked housekeeping to change the bedding on one bed as our toddler had an accident.Left for a couple of hours came back house keeping was on the opposite end of the hall we took the bedding off and set it by the door reminded her of what we needed because it very much looked like she was about finished for the day.We left came back around 9pm old bedding was gone but no new bedding to replace it.Front desk said it was because we were putting it out when she was already finished and leaving.She had never touched our room so I’m not sure how she was ever finished. Pool was an indoor pool, but it was cold. There was plaster, literally falling off the ceiling in the pool room. The hotel seemed clean on the surface but definitely lacked in up keep. My daughter‘s room had issues as well, but she’ll write her own review. All in all the staff wasn’t necessarily rude but not hospitable either

Better directions and signs to the property would help a lot. Front desk people, at check in And out, indifferent and not friendly.

Very clean and comfortable. Man at the desk was rude and short. He kept talking on the phone in another language while I was checking in. The next morning in the food area it was the same man and same thing. He was very unpleasant and probably will not stay there again because of him.

There’s not much good to say about this property. Spend a couple more dollars and stay elsewhere. I had mistakenly booked the room for the following day after we arrived. Had to purchase another room for the night I got there. Got to the room and the bed was literally broken. Refrigerator didn’t work. Bobby at the front desk said he would let the manager Randy know and see if a refund could be issued To no avail. Ended up staying the one night and it cost over $220 for a room that wasn’t worth $40. Steak clear of this hotel. It’s a dump

Everything was fine until while closing the door while leaving for dinner down the street , somehow activated the safety security bar after closing and couldn’t get back in when we came back . We had the front desk agent come up to get it unlatched so we could return to the room with our things locked in .. we never had that happened but all was taken care of and very professional about it .. great job

Quality Inn needs upkeep. Paint is missing, doors are gouged, has an unkept look.
