"Excellent"

Everything was acceptable, aside from a musty smell in the elevator and the pool being very cold. The room seemed clean. Breakfast was better than expected. My main concern is that we had left some clothing in the room upon check out and despite several calls to the front desk, I have not heard resolution. Still Hoping they call me back and help me resolve our issue.

i was very disappointed in your services as you advertised this hotel as "pet friendly" and after i paid for the night and then went back that evening, could not stay as i had my dog with me. i will never use your services Ever Again!

"Bad customer serviice"

Very bad customer service i was waiting on the receptionist for over 15minutes .. checked in then i was told the elevator was out of ssrvice and my room was on the 3rd flood had to carry my luggage up the stairs and hurt my atm…

Very pleasantly surprised! Read mixed reviews but the property itself was much more updated than i was expecting it to be. Nice and quiet. Shout out to housekeeping because everything was spotless! Really decent breakfast with variety of options (not just cereal and fruit). The staff was where i was most impressed. Was running extremely late but had reservation. Rooms were filling up quick so the front desk needed to charge my card to secure room but it didnt go through due to fraud protection. Was cutting it close to midnight but front desk guy called to make sure i was coming. Let me just pay with cash. Have had many experiences where hotels will not wait for you and only let you pay with the card used to reserve room. Very much appreciated how accomodating he was! Definitely will return.

The elevator was out of service and the ice machine too. Had no hot water for a shower amd no towel to dry off with. I had to use a hand towel. Ill never stay at this hotel again
