The room was clean. The pool was very nice. It is close to the beaches and restaurants. It had availability at the last minute when others did not.

It is a little dated and could use some renovation.

"Comfortable and Clean"

The hotel grounds, pool, and room all seemed clean and well maintained. All the staff are very helpful and nice. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The hotel is starting to show it age a bit but is still very comfortable and clean. The location is safe and I had no worries about my car and belongings. It's about 15 mins to the beaches to the south and about 20 mins to Newport.

Nice hotel. Nice staff. Nice pool. Entering and exiting can be a little hard with the traffic but will stay there again.

Overall it was a good stay - the room was clean but the only two things we did not like were the bed was extremely firm (did not sleep well and felt like sleeping on a rock; which is something that some people do like, just not us) and the bathroom was very small. Other than that, it was perfect for what we were doing in having a central place to stay and explore Narragansett and Newport.
