The location was great and at a great value.

It was 40° outside the heat wasn’t working, and the hotel couldn’t or wouldn’t move me to another room. They said the entire place was fully booked with no rooms available.

Very ordinary hotel - nothing special and nothing particularly bad. The rooms lack any warmth and are bit dated. Housekeeping was not great. While the room was spotless, coffee supplies were not replenished and the wet bath map was not replaced with a new one after housekeeping removed the wet one. No drinking cups are left at the bathroom sink. Some of the USB outlets do not work. Desk staff was very friendly, accomodating, efficient and professional, location is good for an event in Philadelphia. All in all - if you need a place to stay this will do the job.

The room was comforatable and clean. The staff were very helpful. Cookies on arrival were delicious.

Very cold room the 1st night. They then switched the thermostat from air conditioning to heat. They then provided 2 free breakfast vouchers to compensate for our temporary discomfort. That was very generous.
