Secure parking. Beautiful view. Plenty of dining options. Walmart and souvenir shop. Wish the giant pool was heated a little. It's nice that the resort is secure but that's too many codes to remember for the room and beach gate.

All rooms have the ocean view, great location, will return again.

The photos of the unit were not representative of what we found when we arrived. The furniture was very worn. The cabinets were also. Walls needed painting. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was extra large, which was all good. The whole complex was undergoing renovations, which I knew in advance, but one pool was completely closed and the main pool was limited to half open. I am saying all this because if not improved, people will stop coming.

This property has been a hassle from the beginning. Right after i booked, i got a email saying this property was under renovations but all the amenities were open. At that point i wanted to cancel because it was a special weekend but they have a no refund cancelation, they would keep my money. I then received a text message wanting me to send a picture of me holding my license, which was sketchy and they also wanted me to call a number and give them my credit card info, which was also sketchy, i followed through so i didnt lose my money. My wife and i get to the property, there is major construction going on with everything blocked or roped off, pools closed, 1 elevator working for an entire building so it took us 30 minutes or so to get a elevator. We get to the room and our code would not work, we tried and tried. They sent me 2 different codes, neither worked. So i texted the number and was finally able to get in the room. We get in the room and it is filthy, with bread crumbs on the counter to mold in the vent, sticky substance on the side of the refrigerator. Also both sinks in the bathroom was stopped up. The pools being closed was a big disappointment because we love swimming but we dont get in the ocean, especially after i was told all the amenities were open. I should have been told of the renovations and pools not open and giving a choice to cancel and get a refund but i was stuck or lose my money. Checkout time was 9am. We have never had a checkout that early.

First it was under construction with only 1 elevator, and absolutely no mention of it in the booking listing. Secondly, there was mold all over the ceiling in the unit. As soon as we noticed the 2nd day there, I contacted the property via messages & they said maintenance would be by! Didn’t even attempt to move us or anything, although we had 2 children! Third, upon arrival I had to clean the unit bathroom. There was hair & pubic hair EVERYWHERE! Again I informed property manager. … oh & their checkout time is 9am, not 10am as listed in the booking!!!

This was in a convenient location to shopping and restaurants.
