"Clean, quiet, cool and comfortable. Good budget hotel."

This property has been painted since the photo. They are supposedly in the process of doing some renovations, but very slowly. My room was clean and cool. One King bed, bath area was small. They did have a small microwave, and small refrigerator. Shower over the tub, with a leaky water handle. Air worked well. Room had a flat screen TV, free wifi, NO FREE BREAKFAST, or any breakfast for that matter. They offer coffee, that is it. In the room, there is a small (1 cup) coffee maker in the room. There is plenty of free parking. This is located next to an RV sales place, but nothing else anywhere near it. Apparently they do allow pets, for a fee, and have some smoking rooms. The young man at the check in was super helpful. It is shocking what $83 gets you nowadays.

Things worn and some stains, but it was very clean. Staff very friendly and helpful - they work hard and do the best with what they have to work with. It was a good value for the price.

It was a very pleasant one night stay. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. Toilet area could use some updating, but other than that, the room was comfortable.
