we liked everything but the big open pothole at the entrance well maintained would stay there again

The bathtub in our room and one of the other rooms that were booked by us was slippery. Something should be done to address this.

The room was musty and in need of upkeep. Lamp did not work for one. Door security lock was not working (misaligned deadbolt). Not worth $100 / night that I paid.

The room smelled terrible and with windows and door open it never got better.

Could barely breathe in the room. Not a great experience.

The staff at the reception was nice

Room smelled really bad and the carpet was wet under the AC. I stayed 15 minutes to see if I would get used to the smell, and no. The staff at the reception was very nice and he offered a full refund if I chose not to stay for the night, which I took. I called Booking that night and they confirmed that it was ok to proceed with the refund.... But... It's been 1 month and I still haven't been reimbursed: the motel said it's Booking's responsability to reimburse me. I called Booking, they say it's the motel who needs to do some kind of action. I've been very patient, but this is bad customer service from both the motel and Booking
