The staff at the front desk were so friendly and helpful answering my questions.

However the pool was a little cold and the breakfast was okay

I liked the location, you are near walmart, restaurants and gas stations. The water felt amazing very hot, the breakfast was decent, and there was more than enough room for us. The price was reasonable.

The room smelled really old and it was extremely stuffy. The whole hotel needs a facelift. You can tell that it’s old. The vents in the bathroom had black dots all over, the toilet roll holder was coming out of the wall, the carpet had stains. The bed wasn’t comfortable and it took for ever to fall asleep. The pillows weren’t comfortable.

Liked that you could walk next door to Applebee's. The lobby & breakfast areas were spacious & clean.

Stayed on the 2nd floor but it sounded like renovations were going on. Heard sawing early evening & again early morning when leaving. The was paint peeling on the ceiling & watermarks above the window in our room. Plus some wooden framework around window was falling apart. Overall, that room needs an overhaul.

Great location from highway, gas & Applebee's is a short walk from the lobby entrance to restaurant entrance. We stayed here twice & would probably stay here again if in the area.

While the room was clean, the maintenance of the room (bathroom) is either covered up with paint or not fixed. The family staff is friendly, but 1 staff member was preoccupied with putting on her press on nails at the front desk before she could help me.

I loved my stay here!!!! Clean pool, nice beds lots of pillows! I liked it a lot.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t stay longer!

I didn't like paying for a specific suite then not getting it. I didn't like the extra $15 charge that ended up being $18. I didn't like my key card being disconnected a hour before check out time with my belongings still in the room and it seemed as if someone else went into the room right before I returned. I didnt like the fire alarms going off at night because of someone smoking Marijuana in the break room then telling everyone they set off the fire alarms using aerosol hair spray. I dont like being promised a refund but not yet seeing it reflected. I should have all of my money back after this terrible stay.
