Roaches and other dead bugs throughout the ground floor room. Furniture was filthy and/or broken. Front desk clerk complained about how tired she was and really seemed to dislike her job and not afraid to show it. Check in took a long time. That said, when we complained about the dirty room, she did help us move to a more acceptable room quickly and without complaint.

Terrible smell in the room holes in the sheets and curtains, dirty bathroom wallpaper peeling off

Faint musty smell in room, no ice available. Noisy with people talking.

My only suggestion would be more oilers

The worst place I've ever seen. Blood on the bathroom wall. Toilet seat broken and covered in crap. Air leaking around AC unit and door could see daylight thru both.wall paper half ripped off front wall. Don't no about other room but room 127 was more like a crime scene then a motel room

The photos of rooms they show on-line was not what our room looked like. I was charged a higher rate than what was stated on-line. $69 per night for a room here plus tax. The ice machine doesn't work. If you ask at the front desk they say they have it. Then they bring you a quart sized plastic Ziplock bag 🤣 Still laughing yet. Walgreen's next door, good sized bag, several pounds of ice for $3 bucks. I don't understand not fixing an ice machine. Only one inside lock to lock the door and it didn't seem the best. Very few electrical outlets. We used our own bedspread. No breakfast.

Checking was rude no information and if i hadn’t ask where room was he was just handing me my key and expected me to fumigate it out… holes in walls in room one in bathroom had toilet paper shoved in it and I had no phone no toilet paper and no plug ins next to bed for my phone. No stopper for bath tub sheet and comforter had stains on them and the mattress could tell is really old it made me fall backwards when I got in bed really wore down mattress

Hotel steaks like cigarettes. There were dead bugs in the entrance. Very unclean. They put in a room that looked like an apartment building. The room was dark and I felt isolated. I checked out and went to another hotel. Very creepy.

There was blood and feces on the shower curtain.
