"Nice hotel but not happy"

The fire pit outside was nice on site bar. Nice hotel.

AC in room was not working they shut off water and didn't tell us put chemicals in when we were in there.

"IT SUCKED HAVING TO GET OUT EARLY TO THE BALLPARK AND NO BREAKFAST>"

This is the problem as this is the first courtyard I have ever stayed at that did not have breakfast. When I reserved my room it had a picture of a beautiful breakfast that stated it was included with the room. At checkin I asked where breakfast would be served and times???? Was immediately without hesitation that this Courtyard did not serve breakfast. I showed the a picture of the Breakfast meal associated with my purchase and was told NO>

"It was ok,ive stayed here 3 times and unfortunantly iyhis time will be my last"

Room smelled bad, water heater wasnt working for the first hr(no warm water to shower for a bit)

Front desk staff was pretty bad(i used to work front desk at a Residence Inn) we would always greet any and all guest , we were never on our phone infront of guest.
