Please, only guests from 18 years old and over can stay in the rooms for adults only. Please note the property consider children guests up to 12 years old. We are going to carry out refurbishment works in the Lago pool (next to the buffet La Florida) from 21/04/2025 to 21/07/2025. This project is part of our plan to improve and develop the establishment in order to offer the best service to our guests.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. La atención del personal. Las piscinas. La tranquilidad, poco ruido.

No pudimos disfrutar del SPA por una incidencia que no se resolvió en toda la semana de estancia, lo reclamamos y nos compensaron con un masaje de 25’ y la posibilidad de acceder al cub privado. Nos tuvieron que cambiar de habitación ante la imposibilidad de conciliar el sueño debido a la existencia del ruido de una especie de generador. La cama auxiliar más incómoda que las existentes en la habitación.

Los trabajadore muy amables y agradables. Destacar el chef que le preparó platos especiales para mi hija que es vegana, trato excelente.

Nos dió la sensación de poca variedad respecto al almuerzo que estaba muy bien.

Couldn't fault a thing from our first day to our last day , staff were very helpful,friendly and cleanliness was second to none. Food in restaurant was exceptional and different choice each night . Would highly recommend this hotel.

"Séjour incroyable, 4 jours entre copine c’était parfait."

L’organisation est top, l’hôtel est magnifique encore + beau qu’en photo, l’accueil est impeccable et les chambres aussi. Le petit déjeuner est top et gourmand et le restaurant le soir rien à redire c’est parfait !

Les murs sont assez fin avec les voisins

"Un séjour à la hauteur de mes attentes."

La propreté du complexe comme des chambres. Le calme malgré les grands espaces. La diversité du buffet du petit déjeuner. L’amabilité de tout le personnel. Les différentes piscines.

Certains aliments du buffet chaud sont cuits trop à l’avance et donc sont froids quand on se sert. L’hôtel laisse les gens réserver leur lit à la piscine, même s’ils ne viennent que quelques minutes.
