Room stunk smell like smoke. The person I was with has a rash from the bed and the covers had sharp pointy thighs on them

Staff were nice and accommodating when the first room didn’t work out.

The first room we were given was very hot. AC did not kick on. Cockroaches in room. We were given another room.

"Needs Coffee Station "

Coffee with rock hard SweetnLow... no liquid Creamer... no stirrer. Nice they cleaned room. But, Toilet left dirty. Killed a Cockroach last morning.
