Staff was very friendly! Location was great. We stayed in town for a concert at the CHI arena & it was super close so that was nice not having to fight heavy traffic since we could just walk. The shower pressure was top notch too! Felt like we got a good pressure wash lol.

Would be cool if breakfast could be included, set up buffet style like typical hotels but it wasn't a deal breaker.

"A Great Place to stay to discover Omaha! Very Pleasant City"

The young lady at reception the night we arrived was exceptional. American Airlines failed again and we were 7 hours late arriving. We were here to celebrate my birthday and go to see YES at Steelhouse. We were treated very well by reception, tired and disappointed. She made the hotel stay start off great! Breakfast was great and our server was exceptional as well. Pool was open late and that was just what we needed.

I found the beds to be very uncomfortable. everything else was great.
