It really would have been nice to know that construction would make hotel access somewhat problematic. Not knowing much about your city, we drove around a bit to be able to find how to get to the front doors. However, your hotel was a good place to stay. We definitely would stay there on another visit.

The toilet had a leak, the tv didn't work at all but I didn't mind as we weren't in room too much. some staff was really nice and others were not to friendly at front desk

All employees were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the air was on when we got inside. There is a lot of construction outdoors but it was still quiet inside.

"Horrible Service"

The employee, Daniele, working at the front desk was on a power trip and was very rude and condescending. We asked to speak to a manager but Daniel said there was no manager on site. This is a very busy area on a Saturday evening around 6ish and no manager available. Daniel’s attitude and behavior were awful.
