Comfort Inn & Suites Ocean Shores

I liked the staff and the breakfast and being by the Ocean I didn't like the bed Kinda uncomfortable

Clean bed for a night. Quiet. Breakfast was good variety and enough.

Continental breakfast was great I loved the options. The self-serve laundry was great. I appreciated the staff's hospitality and kindness. The pool and hot tub were in good condition. I like that our room had a fan and AC options. The check in and check out process was quick and user friendly. We felt safe in our room and the rooms, hallways, and lobby were kept very clean.

The only thing that I didn't enjoy was that our room had a weird, sweet smell. However, the room, bathroom, and bed/sheets, etc were all clean and everything looked great.

The staff was outstanding. Check in and check out was easy. The price was fair. The location was close enough to restaurants and beaches, but It is mostly surrounded by other hotels.

The furniture was old, especially the accent furniture. There was a Television, but no ability to rent movies. I was stuck watching boring cable and catching movies in the middle instead of being able to pay for an on-demand movie. The hall to the breakfast was smelly. The dinning area was kind of small for the demand. The food served was heavy. The lights on the bottom floor flickered a lot and the elevator seemed to be straining to operate.

Room 403 smelt like a person bathed in cologne to cover up their body odor everytime you walked into the room the open windows did nothing to cover it up, and the TV upstairs didn't have a remote or change the channel to cable like it was impossible .

I loved the sheets. Bed was comdortable.

The pool area needs a lot of work. Look up at the ceiling grates. Rust. Maybe a mural or something in the walls. Pool and hot tub need paint.

Clean and friendly! Stayed at two other hotels two weekends and the beds and breakfast were terrible!
