Kauai Coast at the Beachboy

Convenient location. Room was surface looking clean but there was mold in the bathroom and roaches in the kitchen.

Didn’t like limited dining options. Need to have music playing around the pool and decent food options.

Great centered place to stay in the island but close to airport

We had an amazing time staying here on our honeymoon. If we ever get the chance to come back to Kauai, we would definitely stay here again

Pretty much everything about this place is fantastic and it was a very relaxing stay. Lots of easy parking close by, right on the beach with a well maintained pool and hot tub with tiki torches around it, a very spacious room, quiet air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses, light blocking curtains, in-suite laundry, and everything was clean. Overall, excellent value for what we paid. My only minor complaints is the dryer was very slow. After an hour and 30 minutes of drying time on medium heat we gave up and took our clothes home damp. I suspect the dryer vent may be partially blocked.

My family and I had such a great time in Kauai. The condo we stayed was clean and spacious. There are walkable restaurants and shops. The beach is close by but not safe for young ones. I would recommend Lydgate Beach or the one towards the bridge where it’s protected for the little ones. We were able to use this as home base and drove around the island.

Such a peaceful property , we walked the beach to the lava lava club where we had breakfast with our feet in the sand , and the grounds of our property were just lovely, plumeria scattered on the walk ways and tiki torches lined the evening sky … view from our room was breath taking …. Beaches and sunrises and sunsets

Amazing !! You must book if you’re looking for a room to book. Staff was nice and rooms were clean and big. We stayed in the Canoe building which had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

Loved having a full kitchen and washer/dryer in the room. Very easy to walk to the beach or shops

Location cannot be beat and staff service was excellent. They had extra amenities like coolers and beach umbrellas, which was really helpful. The bedspread was super dusty and we had to remove it due to allergies, and other cleaning issues weren’t the best which was disappointing since you pay several hundred dollars in cleaning fees. We had several large centipedes on the ground floor in the unit. There was also a lot of construction going on in the unit next to us which made things loud. Pool was lovely but much smaller than it appears in the pictures. Gym was small but cute with open walls so it felt like it was outdoors. I would recommend overall and would go back there, but probably not to a ground floor unit.
