Noticed a lot of damage to the property inside the room like dinner table scratches, couch were stained and old looking, bathroom cabinets paint chipped etc and the price wasn’t worth it

The units were very clean.

The pool/cabana area wasn't worth my choosing this property. No cabana services available and on-site store for drinks.

The rooms were great sized and loved the separate living/dining areas, as well as having a bathroom with each bedroom. The pool itself was nice and clean

The kitchen wasn't really stock for cooking. There weren't any potholders for taking things out of the oven, there was only 1 skillet, one medium pot and one larger pot. There were no mixing bowls, I had to mix the brownie mix in a sauce pan in order to make them. I also had to borrow a 13x9 pan from our friends condo because we only had 1 in our condo. It doesn't need to be fully stocked but if you are planning on cooking there isn't really enough to really cook for a family. As for the pool area, the cabana wasn't open and when we asked about it, it sounded like it takes 2 months to get someone ready to work it, not sure why that isn't done during the off season so the cabana can be open when the pool is open. There also wasn't anywhere to get any soda's or water unless you bring them yourself. There is a vending machine however it was empty. Again if you are expecting people to hang out and enjoy the pool area then the cabana should be open during pool hours and vending machines should be stocked. Very disappointed in that. I've been to the Sadona location and it far exceeds this location.

this place is a not well taken care of out dated rooms smelled like mold or mildew it was even in the curtains micro wave broken they take for ever to get you your deposit back all they want is for you to fall for a time share dont do it you will regret it and your children may regret it as well
