The Landon Bay Harbor-Miami Beach

Chose the hotel mainly because it offered parking on site for a fee. We were within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants which was good.

We were in a room with an adjoining door which was not sound proof and the people in the room next door were so loud even talking they might as well have been sat on the bed. We had to ask them to shut up at 5am which they did for a short time but then made phone calls loudly. Luckily they went out before 6am so we could go back to sleep. Not very relaxing for a holiday stay.

Le personnel était sympa, aidant, accueillant. Re-approvisionnement d’eau dans les chambres. Fontaine à eau disponible à la réception.

On a eu un problème d’aération dans la salle de bain, qui n’a pas pu être résolu donc il faisait très froid ( la clim ne s’éteignait pas. Un peu loin des centres d’intérêt. Pas d’ascenseur.

One of the few choices for costly Bay Harbour Island. Older hotel, re modeled. Clean, comfortable rooms, but quite overpriced due to location. Staff basically okay-they really did the minimum of check in /check out. Breakfast adequate. 1 hour happy hour. No parking except for city lot nearby. Not a problem for us, due to having family on the island.
