Please note that no daily maid service is provided. Please note that this property can only accept registered service animals. Please note that the property has no lift access. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. Packages and/or parcels delivered to the resort will be subject to a fee at the prevailing rates. Below are the rates: 1st package 5lbs. and under will be free of charge, any additional packages under 5lbs. will be $5 per package. I like everything about this place. The location, the resort and especially the people who work there. I'd like to thank the reception personal Freddy and Carlos, the cleaning crew throughout the property that doesn't hesitate to answer questions when you need information. including the gate security guard that opened our door to let us in after we locked ourselves out of the room. Everyone here makes you feel right at home. Very attentive, welcoming and just a great group of people. Can't wait to stay again.

Estrutura excelente pra ficar vรกrios dias. Como o conforto de uma casa. Atendimento das camareiras excelente. Pedi gentilmente mais sabรฃo em pรณ para lavar roupas e a camareira que estava atendendo outra ala me atendeu com presteza e simpatia. Nรฃo tinha com ela mas foi atรฉ outra camareira pra pedir. Achei esse cuidado bem legal.
