Hilton Vacation Club Ridge on Sedona

We used connected units with one large 1 bedroom and a suite. It was very comfortable, spacious and clean.

Beautiful resort especially the pool area. The rooms were very nice with well stocked little kitchen. About 15 from downtown Sedona

Enjoyed having a separate living room from bedroom. Comfy couch, comfortable bed, clean (except balcony) and staff were nice.

The rooms were as expected at various other Hilton properties. The TV’s are very small. I have a bigger TV in my boat. The remotes were inoperable most of the time. There was little to no cell phone service, which was my biggest gripe. There were also more than one event where the employees were speeding through the parking lot while I am trying to back out. That was quite annoying as-well. I was charged an extra fee of 50.00 upon arrival. Will not stay there again. I left four stars for pool, laundry, and friendly/professional front desk staff.

While the girl who checked us in was rude and it's a ploy to get you to sit through a time share sales meeting, it's nice enough, but hard to relax. They charge an undisclosed $200 security deposit (it's NOT a hold -- it's an actual charge that may be refunded 7-10 days later), so even though we have never damaged a property, we were quite nervous about accidentally doing something that would make them keep that extra $200.

We liked having a kitchen to prepare breakfast before heading out for the day. Everything seemed clean but there was a little repair needed to the wall outside the shower. The grounds are nicely maintained and staff is very friendly. It's on the outskirts of town but worth it for the space and kitchen.

Enjoyed our stay, rooms a little dated and we had a wonky shower door that couldn’t close without seriously heavy pulling. Wasn’t a fan of the sales pitch disguised as a welcoming greeting to guest immediately after you check in. They are calling you over to the next counter to get you to sit in a time share presentation. Most people after travel just wanna get to their room. Overall it was a good stay.
