The property was very well maintained and the staff were very helpful. I would particularly like to thank Eric who worked night shift at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was excellent.

l'hotel est très bien mais une chambre juste derrière l'ascenseur au prix fort, ce n'est pas correct. Première fois que cela m'arrive , heureusement que j'ai de très bonnes boules quies...et encore, si vous êtes sensible aux bruits, ne comptez pas dormir avant 1H et après 6H... L'accueil devrait prévenir au minimum pour laisser le choix au client d'accepter ou non la chambre et d'aller voir ailleurs si pas le choix...
Overall good price/value. A bit misleading that the restaurants are not in the hotel but a neighboring hotel, and so is the kids pool

La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très agréable. On a profité du SPA et d'un massage.

L'hôtel est très bien, belle décoration, piscine extérieure très jolie dans un grand parc magnifique Il faudrait cependant préciser que l'accès au Spa du mercure a côté est payant 20 €par personne pour la journée ça c'était une mauvaise surprise
