Le personnel est agréable, la propreté est au rendez mais on sent bien que l'établissement est vieillissant et demande une refonte de son style ..
Nous avions fait ce choix pour la piscine intérieure qui était la première photo de la serie vantant l’hotel, mais la piscine est fermée jusqu’au 1er avril, ceci n’était nullement mentionné Nous avons ensuite trouvé de la terre dans le bac a douche, sans doute suite à l’intervention d’un techicien dans la chambre Un peu déçus
Pour une halte en Savoie et sur Aix les Bains, Ibis est un hôtel où se poser ....accueil, confort , tout est parfait ! A recommander les yeux fermés !
Bonjour, Je pense que votre hôtel a besoin d un rafraîchissement dans les couloirs et les chambres. Tres déçue d avoir dans ma chambre cette porte coulissante en ferraille qui cache peut-être une cuisine...En ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner le top vraiment. Cordialement .

La chambre est moyenne le matelas pas confortable petit déjeuner pas suffisamment garni,en revanche un bon accueil au niveau du personnel
Très bon compromis et surtout les chambres très très spacieuses donc je retournerai dans cette établissement sans aucun problème.
Hôtel bien situé. Le cadre est très bien surtout à côté d’un centre de thalasso avec des prix d’entrée préférentiel pour les clients. Les chambres sont spacieuse mais tout de même quelques rafraîchissement a faire dans la salle de bain. Séjour agréable
Bien pour 1 ou 2 nuits professionnelles.
