Price, bed, cleanliness

Walls are not sound proof, could hear next room tenant talking on phone while I was trying to sleep, pretty clear at times mind you. Poor sleep due to this.

Everyone that works at the front desk is prejudice, was not aloud to prebook under false accusations of noise complaints, and then my booking was cancelled due to “overbooking” they are liars and horrible people.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Location was convenient.

Breakfast could have been a bit better.

Wife and I stayed here before and after day surgery at TBRHSC. Stayed in one of the larger assessable rooms (2queen beds large shower).. Not really wheelchair accessible but worked well for me with a large walker. The beds were firm and comfortable. Good quality white sheets, bead spread, pillows, and towels. The room was very clean as were the public spaces. Floors in rooms is all newer vinyl planking. Was cold for the feet so slippers help. The only suggestion I would make would be to have better breakfast options like hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages and more fresh fruit. Other than that the hotel is a good, clean value for money place and we have no reservations in recommending it. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Really comfortable bed. Great water pressure.

Sticky floors, must of used to much soap and not enough water . Our socks and shoes stuck to the floor.
