"Bad Marriott Courtyard"

We stayed 2 days and the room 336 they put us in smelled of mold and mildew which made me sick! So the next day I told them and they moved us to another room 356 and that room smelled just as bad, and then another room on the 3rd floor. I ended up on the 1st floor in a better smelling room. We are titanium level so we had a 4pm check out time and they started knocking on our door that we had a 12 noon check out. We told them at front desk we have a 4pm check out. They said they couldn’t do that because they forgot to transfer the time when we moved to the next room! All they kept saying was I’m sorry I’m sorry.

"Convenient, but needs attention"

Great staff, no complimentary breakfast, not up to Marriott standards. The entire hotel needs to be updated and better maintained. Awful moldy smell in the hallways and room. I don’t know if it was the result of the odor, but I became sick after two days. Cabinet doors were falling off the hinges. Clean or replace the carpet and maintain your hotel! This is not a 3-star hotel.

"Nice staff, horrible room."

My wife and I came here for one night to celebrate a birthday. The staff is nice but room smells horribly moldy. Will not stay here again. There are several reviews stating the same issue and it’s a shame that the owners have not solved this problem.

This property was good for easy access to the university and to the highway. They have an excellent lobby to meet people and relax. I wish they included breakfast in the room rate. The staff was super friendly and accommodating
