This was a great experience. Room was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Food ar Palmea was good and the service was especially good. Jennifer A was especially accommodating and clearly enjoys her role. Also, when I got a smoothie at the café they gave me the extra in a 2nd cup. These are nice touches that I really appreciated and made me want to come back!

The service is the best!! TONY! The absolute best! Super attentive and so quick! Jasmine also! They are the absolute best!! We are locals and came on a day pass to enjoy the adult pool- it was amazing. Only con is the music- the DJ is only for the all ages pool and the adult pool music is mediocre at best. But the service sure made it amazing!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our experience at the Diplomat Beach Resort was absolutely outstanding! A special thank you to Tony and Yosvel at the pool and bar for providing some of the best hospitality we’ve ever received. They were incredibly attentive throughout our stay. Before we even had to ask, they noticed when our drinks were running low and promptly offered refills. They also made sure we always had fresh ice water, checking on us regularly and making us feel truly valued as guests. The level of service, professionalism, and genuine care they showed exceeded all expectations. They turned a great day by the pool into an unforgettable experience. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience, and thanks to Tony and Yosvel, we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend the Diplomat Beach Resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and hospitality!
