El lugar. Las vistas, el ambiente, la decoración

En las habitaciones en comparación con otros hoteles me parece que faltó más detalles como las batas de baño qué no había, ni pantuflas, solo estaba lo básico jabón gel de baño y champú. El inodoro se descargaba solo cada 5 min y hacia ruido que despertaba a mi bebé y la tapa de éste se movíahorriblecada vez que uno se sentaba y hacía ruido también como si estuviera rota. En el pasillo las máquinas de hielo funcionan pero el grifo que dice agua no funciona. Cuando reservé les deje saber que estaríamos celebrando un cumpleaños y que hibamos con un bebé y no tuvieron ningún detalles sobre eso. En otros hoteles que e visitado si lo han tenido en consideración. En el restaurante también dijimos que era mi cumpleaños y no tuvieron la cortesía de aunque sea cantar el happy birthday. El lugar como instalación y ubicación es maravilloso pero si creo que esos pequeños detalles marcan diferencia y para mi son importantes. En la piscina el servicio muy lento y en el restaurante de la playa el servicio igual lento casi que nos ignoran yo pregunté sobre una bebida y la mesera insistió en que no me iba a gustar y que no era lo que yo pensaba. Me mantuve firme y la ordené y resultó ser todo lo que yo esperaba y me gustó menos mal no le hice caso a la mesera. En el restaurante solara durante un almuerzo preguntamos por un plato en especifico y según la descripción de la carta y lo que nos dijeron la mesera no tenía picante y resultó que a mi esposo casi se le salen las lágrimas de fuerte qué picaba en cuanto probó la comida. Gracias a dios no es alérgico sino hubiera sido todo un caos.

Although my intial room was a disaster, the replacement room was better. I liked the variety of areas to eat and drink. The 21 and up area was a pleasant place if parents kept their children from out of the area. I liked the warm towels in the pool area. The place had an initimate feel and the views are great.

The check in guy did not explain anything to me upon check in and just handed me these blue bands and some letter about the water not being drinkable. That was my first red flag of the stay because he was not warm and it was as if my money wasn't worth the customer service. My initial room was not clean. Hair in the tub as if someone just shaved in it, used toilet paper in the toilet and not flushed, something on the ceiling and tablet, and I had hair in my drink and a fly a seperate time. There were also a lot of flies in the pool area that when you got out, you were covered in them. Also a lot of unruly kids and a few times adults kept bringing them to the 21 and up area. They also stood on the wall of the hot tub and jumping in the hot tub as if it were the pool.
