The facility was clean, rooms were good size and bed was comfortable. It was very quiet at night and location is really good.

1. The reception staff was not friendly and didn't smile. 2. We booked two rooms and specifically requested for the rooms to be adjoining while booking. The request was not met. 3. The ice machine on our floor was not working. 4. They ran out of milk and juice at 9am in the morning, even though the breakfast time was till 10am.

The toilet wasn't secured to the ground and shook when I sat on it. The towels were not great

Location

Room decor was very dated, bed was hard, having a breakfast included was good, it was ok (pos - it was hot - neg bacon was really thin and not cooked - French toast was hard on the edge and uneatable but middle part tasted good - the rest of the food was good Staff were professional but not overly friendly Was not informed until arriving at property that parking was extra, also that they were taking such a large deposit off credit card before arriving at hotel. The cost over all for the room and amenities was very high
