I was greeted by Sylvia on arrival, clearly an experienced host/leader. I’m a very chill traveler and usually stay under the radar so don’t require special treatment. Sylvia went above to make me feel special. I noticed that even though I was switched rooms (to accommodate for an early arrival) she ensured I got a welcome treat and a note in my new room. During the check-in process, I was given plenty of options, and her knowledge of the property shined through. I know accomplishing this requires team effort, but I want to highlight her on her great approach, efficiency and engagement. Because of this my stay, although short, was superb. Sylvia is first class (Actually it’s my second time staying in the hotel, and the whole team at the desk has been nothing short of amazing) you have a great team hosting that arrival/ departure experience.
