Staff very friendly. Offered bottled water for our room every day. Florida is HOT! Clean rooms and comfy beds.

Check-in process was a hassle room wasn’t ready. Given a different room incorrect size got corrected room after a couple of hours and disputing what was paid for.

I am all about location! This was a perfect hotel to stay at if going to Honeymoon Island! There are shops, restaurants and stuff to do a hop, skip and jump away! There are a few within walking distance ( literally right next to hotel). I'll tell ya, there are 3 breweries next door too! The room was really nice, the air conditioning was great- didn't get my allergies all messed up. Christian at gues service was phenomenal! He was friendly and gave a few insights on what to do around Dunedin. If you stay on the side with the breweries, there is music but rest assured, the noise STOPS at 11p. Looking to booking again in the future!

Excellent service and location, within walking distance to restaurants. Breakfast was better than what we normally have at similar hotels. We will definitely come back!

Everyone working, from the front desk to housekeeping and breakfast, was wondeful! So nice and helpful. Clean, convenient location to downtown Dunedin and Honeymoon Island, quiet and safe.

We had our Family Reunion in Dunedin with the Holiday Inn Express as the host hotel. The staff and service were excellent. They worked with us easily on having a special room rate for our event. Once we arrived, their team was terrific - very welcoming, handed out our welcome packets and allowed us to visit in gather in the breakfast area outside of breakfast time. It was a warm and welcoming setting. Plus the hotel is centrally located in downtown Dunedin. For all but one of our activities for the weekend everything was in walking distance. We highly recommend the Holiday Inn Express. They even had special Cinco De Mayo gift bags for each guest, too.their pool is great too. Nice being in the Pinellas Trail and easy walk to downtown Dunedin.

Surprised my mom with a mother's day weekend in Dunedin. Picked the Holiday Inn Express for location and the great reviews. Well, my review: is a top 10 great hotel! Room, perfect, held all 3 of us perfectly, clean and very we'll kept. The breakfast, Couldn't have asked for better. Plenty of selections, And everything was delicious. I do want to give a shout out to the ladies who are working this area. They are attentive, polite and definitely an asset to this hotel. Make sure you bring a little tip money when you go down to breakfast. Because they deserve it!! Location, This hotel is really placed nicely for pretty much everything you're going to do in Dunedin. All the employees we encountered during our stay were so helpful and polite. We needed to check in a little bit early, And that ended up being no problem at all. Our stay was so perfect, It helped make the perfect Mother's day for my mom and myself. Thank you again Holiday Inn express, we will be back!
