I went to this location because i stayed at the County Inn in Suites in Saraland, al and it was beautiful inside and out but this one in Monroeville,al was the total opposite

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms have lots of space.

I needed to meet with clients that lived in Monroeville and there was no internet service available at their home and my mobile wifi didn't have enough signal to use at their home. The hotel staff was very gracious in allowing me to meet with my clients in the dining area. When I return to Monroeville, I will continue staying at this hotel. They are very helpful, friendly, and accomodating.

Property needs to be updated. Smelled funny in hotel. There was no staff available you needed to ring the bell for service both day and night. Breakfast was cold. View from window was a broken fence and shack. Will not be staying here again!

The lady front desk very nice. The ice machine was not working properly. The toilet was not clean. Lots of trash under the bed. Very very old furniture. The hotel need a make over remodel. The carpet in the hallway terrible.

Hotel is not kept up. Got woken up at 2 am by people being loud in the hall way. They did not have a complete breakfast. They must of been out of bread products.

Carpets nasty. Trash on bathroom sink. Ice machine broke. Side door no hardware so can come and go and it was actually propped open with a stone. I was here 5+/- yrs ago and it was nice the. Scale of 1-5 — 1

The room was dirty Food was left in microwave by previous guest Light Over the bed wasn’t working Room door was open and key wasn’t needed upon arrival Went to lobby for pillow cases since some were missing Overnight attendant told me she can move me to another room upstairs. Then said she will give me a discount for everything which will be $77.70 total. Checked out and she told me I couldn’t get a copy of the receipt for my charges and won’t be able to honor the price due to the booking was through a 3rd party

The hotel is outdated. The tub didn’t drain well. The mattress was squeaky. Some of the towels were stained. The fitness center was closed for renovations - also closed for the same reason when I stayed here over a year ago. But, the had the best free, hot breakfast. The cheese grits were the best I’ve ever had!
