Nothing to like. Upon arrival there wasn’t anyone available at the front desk to speak with about checking in. I waited about 5 minutes and someone in housekeeping came to the area and asked have I been helped. She reached out to someone on the phone and told me someone would be there to help me in 5 minutes. After returning back a few hours later to check in there wasn’t anyone at the desk again so after waiting for about 10 minutes I went back to my car and got my phone and called the number listed and a gentleman answered and he showed up at the front desk a few minutes later to assist me with checking in. After checking in he informed me that my room would be on the second floor and I would have to take the stairs. The bathtub needs to be cleaned better and the carpet in the room needs to be taken up or replaced. The hotel rate should be less

"A Good Place for a Night's Rest"

We spent one night and it was not a bad experience. The building is a little run down but the rooms were nice and clean. The staff went above and beyond to help my elderly mother get a ground floor room right across from the exit and everyone that we met were very nice and helpful. A/C and TV worked fine. Breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only limited cereal and waffles. No fruit, yogurt or breakfast bars but the coffee was fresh and hot. Wil stay here again if we come up this way.

"Total Lack of Professional and Courtesy By Management in a Hospitality Industry"

Absolutely the next worst hotel experience in my life and I have traveled extensively. Stayed in Room 121 near the rear door. Took 10 or more minutes to get hot water to wash face and/or take shower. Phone didn't work in room so I had to use my cell to call the office. Never stayed in a hotel without a closet to hang clothing, only two pegs extended from the wall. . Employee/owner was obnoxious, rude, and very condensing when I complained about the lack of hot water. Threatened to have me physically removed from the private property although it was in the middle of the night. Cancelled my Thanksgiving reservation. Advised all my family members to stay elsewhere. Prefer to sleep in my car before ever staying in the Quality Inn in Monroeville, Alabama.

Wash clothe had black hair in it. The bed was not level. The limited breakfast was cereal and waffles with juice and the smallest coffee cup I’ve ever seen. The room had no coffee maker. There was not a person a front desk- there was a ring doorbell.

"Terrible experience "

To start off, the room I got was supposedly non-smoking. When I walked in, it smelled like an ashtray. I turned the air on to hopefully get the room circulating and went to dinner. Worse when I got back. I’m someone who really don’t complain so I sprayed perfume to mask the smell and be able to sleep. When I got up the next morning to get a shower, the handle was broken. I was able to get a shower but the water was extremely hot and kept getting hotter throughout my time in the shower. It got to the point of being scalding hot and burnt me. I complained to the lady at the front desk, but she didn’t seem to care too much. I will not be back.

"Friendly and clean"

We planned on staying one night but enjoyed it so much we extended to 2 nights. Found the staff very friendly and helpful. Very clean and very spacious room. Pool was lovely and also very clean. Very basic breakfast, but enough!

"Just sad."

The guy that checked us in was great. Somehow the hotel was under the pet friendly so we booked it. Turns out they weren't pet friendly but they didn't throw us out. Just made us pay an extra $20. While unloading our vehicle last night there were 2 guys doing drugs in the parking lot. Cigarette butts in the stairwell and people smoking pot in their rooms which was stinking up the hallway. We always check the linens before we sleep in them and these were BAD. Lots of stains. We ended up sleeping on the top of the comforter. Woke up this morning and went to make a cup of coffee. We were absolutely floored when we found moldy coffee bags in the water fill area. I took it to the front desk. Bathroom is falling apart and is not cleaned correctly. Light is full of bugs. Fan cover literally falling off. Refrigerator front is rusty and dirty. Inside was clean. Just seems like the owners have ZERO pride in their property. Just sad Add photos won't let me add any pictures.
