"Comfortable, attentive hotel."

Great bed, very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty extensive and good. There was no maid service. Staff was responsive and did fix a problem we had with refrigerator. There were no convenience or grocery stores anywhere near hotel. Hotel is fairly close to Forest Park.

"It sounded so great, but we will never return."

Clean, breakfast was good, and a couple of places to walk to.

There IS NOT a sports bar/grill at the hotel. They said it's been closed since 2019. This was a selling point. The pool and game room were closed during spring break (sucky for the kids). We booked two king suites exactly the same, but they failed to tell us they have different sizes of king suites (this is not mentioned while booking). We ended up with a small one even though it was the same price as the bigger one. It sounded so great, but we will never return.

Location and the rooms were nice.

The pool was closed and the elevators didn’t work. It was not communicated to us about the pool until less than 4 days before the trip. We picked the hotel for the pool.

The room was nice.

The staff was rude. Did not explain the parking and the skyway. They just handed us the key cards - don’t even mention where the room was.
