I loved the room.

But having to wait hours to get a key unlocked for a room I already paid for (and already was staying in) was beyond annoying and I wasn't a fan of breakfast

"Overall, comfortable and quiet."

Clean. Friendly staff. Quiet.

Breakfast- rubbery eggs from sitting, pastry items were dry and hard. Due to my daughter’s appointments at CHOP ending sooner than expected. We came to the hotel early to see if we could check in early. Of course we could, with an additional fee. I want to express that for a parent that I understand I chose to come early to the hotel, it’s TERRIBLE you charge for empty space. The room was already empty and available, there were a handful of guests. It’s not like it inconvenienced ANYONE expect for me, your customer.

location was fine

There were no grab and go options. Packaged cookies, muffins, breakfast bars, crackers. didn't see any fruit put out (bananas, apples) When breakfast is being served at 6 am and you have to be at work at 6:30 with a commute it would be nice to have these things available to eat in the car etc. This isn't a deal breaker staying at this location, but it would be an added bonus for those of us that are there for work / business and need to get out early in the morning and would be able to have breakfast items to eat.
