Staff wasnt rude or nothing but for the room and the facility the price point way too high breakfast is a joke should just get rid of that cause their was bugs on the toast so the bread box had fly in it their was only 2 options of yogurt no cereal this was hr before it was even over

Beds were comfortable, the location was great!

There is not much of a breakfast, but that's ok being it was just my husband and I. If we had the kids with us that would have been more of an issue.

Easy to get too

For the most part, nice room for a night. Would have been nice if they could’ve turned the AC on in the room just a little, to make it at least comfortable upon arrival. We had been out in the heat at a drag strip all day and a little AC would’ve been inviting!

It was convenient

the breakfast was not good as other best western usually they have a good breakfast with eggs of biscuits and gravy there all they had was some cereal , toast, some muffins that was not good

The host was not aware of the change in the arrival date that was handled by Expedia. Luckily, she was able to get us into a room. I had arranged a date change at considerable expense with Expedia and they botched it. Clerk said this happens with Expedia from time to time.

Had issues with checking in. The rep at the front desk had issues finding my booking due to their internal system resetting at 3 am. I had to cancel the booking and book again just to match the date with the system which wasn’t the correct date. Not sure the rest of the details. All I know is the lady gave me hard time because I booked online and it wasn’t matching with her system. Checking in should be that hard.
