Really nice a comfortortable. The room was clean as well the pool. Perfect location, a lot of restaurants around there. Breakfast were really good, a lot of options and nice view of the ocean. Every night is live music at the hotel.

"Comfort that is super close to the airport and short walk to town and beaches"

We had a great view and this hotel is so accessible to the beaches and town. The staff went out of their way to help us work out a scheduling mishap and we appreciated that. The buffet dinner is incredible - don't miss it! I would have liked to stay longer,

La chambre avec terrasse, la vue sur mer et sur la pointe de Sao Lourenço

L'accueil peu chaleureux, voire indifférent, la climatisation qui ne produit que de l'air chaud, le sèche-cheveux branché derrière le réfrigérateur dans le couloir de la chambre et qui ne fonctionne que par alternance. Le mobilier sur la terrasse vieux et sale. Le petit déjeuner bien que copieux ne soit pas de grande qualité pour un hôtel quatre étoile

Insgesamt ist es eigentlich ein schönes Hotel. Mir hat auch das Zimmer gut gefallen und wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick.

Was gar nicht ging war der Schimmel an der wand. Dagegen muss das Hotel wirklich etwas machen. Wir haben dort nur eine Nacht geschlafen. Wenn es ein längerer Aufenthalt gewesen wäre, hätte ich nach einem anderen Zimmer verlangt. Insgesamt ist auf dem Balkon aufgefallen dass die Wände nass waren. Ich denke, das alte Gebäude ist einfach in einem schlechten Zustand

Unfortunately due to a flight cancellation we ended up arriving in the early morning so didn't get to properly stay. However the staff were lovely and allowed us into our room to get refreshed and sorted before we moved onto Funchal.
