A reforma ficou muito bonita e boa! Café da manhã altíssimo nível

Atenção para a chagada dos hóspedes pois chegamos de madrugada co. 5 malas de uma viagem internacional e o rapaz nem se mecheu para nausear a pegar as malas. Carregamos tudo descobrimos Deposi que o manobrista é terceirizado mas acredito que até as empresas que são prestadores do serviço do hotel devem ter padrão AA. O hotel é de alto nível, as diárias caras o entorno também é de alto nível então menos do que um bom atendimento não cabe! Os aptos estavam novos mais detalhes que chamam atenção pois o ferro não tinha adaptador para ligar ou seja, saindo toda amassadas. Chegando de madrugada e a cafeteira tava lá e eu doida para tomar um café no quarto mais estava quebrada e tive que pedir para repor… no primeiro dia não houve arrumação e nem uma limpezinha de banheiro. Entendo tudo isso mas acho que tá faltando dá um gás na equipe. No restante no que diz a estética está tudo top!
