Hyatt Place Bentonville Rogers

Amazing property! All the staff were so friendly and helpful! The shuttle service was such an amazing experience!! Definitely found our new favorite motel to stay at!

Really good hotel, however the European square pillows are terrible. Was in the UK 3 weeks ago and only 1 of the 3 hotels we stayed in were still using these customer unliked pillows. Also on both days we stayed here the shower gel was empty and they didn't have a bath sized bar of soap, only 1 small bar for the sink. On the second day we did not receive any washcloths for use while showering. However would still stay here again as these are things that can be easily fixed.

The hotel was very comfortable and had a great location. The staff is great, the hotel manager was such a great host and so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the area. Loved it!

We were quite disappointed and surprised on the condition of this property. Exterior landscape beds are full of weeds, the pool area is NOTHING like the photo. The pool was cloudy with slimy sides and horribly uncomfortable chairs that should have cushions. What hotel in 2025 doesn't have a microwave in the room? No water dispensers in the lobby? Wallpaper in the loby area is peeling up. This is a HYATT?

Awesome stay!

The staff were very friendly and the pool is well kept and clean.

The air conditioning in our room was not working correctly. The air was set to 65 but the room never got below 78. It was so hot in the room that we couldn’t sleep.

I liked the accomodations, the pool and especially liked the assistance of the staff and especially the general manager who went out of his way to help me with my reservation problem.

I did not like that Booking.com booked and charged me for my 2 rooms that I requested and then only forwarded to the hotel a reservation for just one room......and there's virtually nothing that showed me who/where to contact about that mess.
