Property under construction, carpets were dirty, kids running up and down the hall, very loud music played by the hotel.

Upscale Property finishes and decor, rooms, bedding and fixtures are modern clean and comfortable. Property is currently in the completed stages of plastering construction on the outside. Staff are is bilingual and professional. Fifteen minutes to Durango Airport check with staff unread to shuttle times.

La gestión de la reserva muy bien, por motivos personales cambie mi fecha sin problema. El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial. La comida del restaurante todo muy bien y la atención. La limpieza en la habitación excelente. La alberca climatizada y muy limpia.

Solo una observación, deberían de tener mucho cuidado en que áreas pueden entrar las mascotas, ya que había una familia con un perro en el área de alberca y al día siguiente en el restaurante. En uno de los pasillos donde esta una sala de estancia, olía a perro mojado, lo cual no es muy agradable eso. Tenia entendido que el hotel no aceptaba mascotas, y aun así, hay amenidades donde si pueden estar y otras no.
